A facilitated group check-in
A copy of the “Guide to Team Check-ins for Workplaces”, and a template help you document your teams way of doing check-ins.

Check-in Learning Program
More extensive program to build the skills and team culture to run team check-ins, and extend them into day to day work.
Practical details:
Duration: 3 months
Time Commitment: ~20 minutes per week
Plus time spent on support calls and weekly team check-ins.

Includes four coaching sessions.

This program is for team leaders, or anyone in a leadership role with applying TeamWeave concepts. As a participant, you will:

Grow through challenge: Explore how your leadership behaviours and way of being impact your team. Learn to receive feedback as a path to growth, even when it’s uncomfortable or contradictory.
