A 90-minute workshop held via video call. Sessions can be tailored to suit your needs.

What Is a Check-in?
A check-in is a simple but powerful practice where each person in the team can share how they feel and what’s happening for them. It’s about people - not tasks or project updates - unless those work items are affecting someone personally.

Check-in Learning Program
More extensive program to build the skills and team culture to run team check-ins, and extend them into day to day work.
Practical details:
Duration: 4 months
Time Commitment: ~15 minutes per week, up to one hour per week in the early weeks whilst learning new concepts.
Plus time spent on support calls and weekly team check-ins.
For everyone in the team.
Includes four coaching sessions.

A$6000 / US$4000 for teams up to 10 people,
more for larger teams.
Leaders Learning Program (Coming Soon)
Teams with openness and trust require leadership with those same qualities.
This program is for team leaders, or anyone in a leadership role with applying TeamWeave concepts. As a participant, you will:
Develop the awareness, adaptability and strength to walk the line between people, purpose and performance, especially when values conflict or tensions arise.
Lead your team by setting a tone of authenticity, care, accountability and transformation across your team.
Grow through challenge: Explore how your leadership behaviours and way of being impact your team. Learn to receive feedback as a path to growth, even when it’s uncomfortable or contradictory.
A significant part of the learning is from interaction and hearing other people’s experiences and perspectives. Therefore The Leaders Program is as a group program. Practical details are:
Duration: Recommended minimum 9 months
Time Commitment: ~30 minutes per week, plus live support calls and further discussion and content - up to 2 hours - for those who want more.
Pricing: A$100 / US$70 / month or A$800 / US$550 / year per person
