Beyond Burnout, Disengagement and Resignation
Nurture Belonging and Purpose for Holistic Success
TeamWeave Learning Programs and Coaching Services help your team cultivate and apply the knowledge, skills and qualities for a new way of working in your workplace.
A way that transcends burnout, disengagement, high turnover and a sense of meaninglessness which are commonplace in today’s workplaces, moving toward a new and bigger version of success.

Belonging
Create an environment of belonging, and where each person's capabilities and potential are recognised and valued by all.
We support you to cultivate and sustain this environment, nurturing personal and professional growth, psychological safety, wellbeing, connection and creativity.
Purpose
Have a Purpose, Vision and Mission that the team genuinely know and care about because they:
Create them collaboratively, with input invited from everyone in the team.
Impact society and/or the environment positively.
Use them to inform decision-making at all levels.
Enable them to work more autonomously while maintaining organisational cohesion.
Also support team members to explore their own purpose and fulfilment, deepening their empowerment and connection to their work and the team.
Performance
Achieve high performance by:
Growing human capacities in the team, as referred to under ‘Belonging’, together with accountability.
Enhanced team alignment, as referred to under ‘Purpose’, together with transparency.
Collective intelligence emerging, with enhanced adaptability and innovation to respond to opportunities, challenges and complexity, and less reliance on management for direction.
Increased efficiency, with less time and energy lost to office politics, gossip, or disengagement. Burnout, absenteeism, and turnover are significantly reduced.
Holistic success is then possible, achieving a positive impact and financial success with a fulfilled and thriving team.

Who is TeamWeave For?
TeamWeave is for teams who are motivated to grow and evolve, to move beyond burnout, disengagement and resignation.
It is designed for professional teams of 30 people or less. For teams within a larger organisation, or the entire organisation.
If that sounds like you and your team, TeamWeave could be exactly what you need.
If you resonate with our vision but are not a perfect match with the above, there may still be an alignment. Below we outline key features about working with our programs. We hope that after exploring this you find that TeamWeave can still work for you!
Have questions? Still not sure? Send us an email or book a free Enquiry Call.

Prerequisites for TeamWeave’s programs are a genuine desire for:
deeper belonging and purpose,
success that is more than financial, it includes having a positive impact and a fulfilled and thriving team.
This is essential for leaders, and preferably most of the team.
There are challenges with applying the learnings and creating a new way of working together. For a successful outcome the desire for change must be strong enough to sustain the motivation to work through those challenges.
We recommend a team discussion about this before starting. We can join you on a video call for such a discussion if requested. -
Subject to having sufficient support to apply the learnings, the TeamWeave Learning Programs are suitable for any size team.
TeamWeave Coaching, which supports teams to apply the learnings, is available for teams of up to 30 people.
We do not offer coaching for team with more than 30 people because we currently do not have the capacity for the the additional complexity involved with applying the concepts to larger teams.
For larger teams guidance is needed from someone familiar and experienced with the concepts, either someone already in the team or a Consultant.
Feel free to email us if you are not sure what sort of support you will need, or if you are considering providing this guidance from within your own team. There is also the Consultants and Trainers Directory in the TeamWeave Community to help you find assistance if needed.

Training and Coaching for such broad improvements would traditionally be costly, time-intensive, and limited to leaders. The rest of the team would then be expected to adapt to the imposed changes.
TeamWeave changes this.
Our Introduction and Teal Learning Programs, and the Coaching are for everyone in the team to participate. Leaders, owners, staff members, board members, and volunteers. This enables everyone to learn together and not require additional internal training.
The Leadership Program is for official leaders and people playing a lead role in implementing the changes.
Our programs maximise learning from and interaction with other participants, providing a rich learning environment and low membership cost, making it very affordable for the whole team.
Learning and implementation can take a while, and rushing can cause unnecessary complications. Another advantage of the low cost is that membership is affordable for the whole team for an extended period of time. To help this further we offer a reduced membership fee to the Learning Programs after the first year.

The TeamWeave Introduction Program has been designed so that most of the concepts can be applied by a single team within a larger organisation.
TeamWeave Coaching is available to support teams in such situations.
Teams within larger organisations face the challenge of working with other parts of the organisation that work with the traditional “top down” approach, and a less open and authentic environment. How the team works with the other parts of the organisation will need to be actively managed.
Starting with only one team in a larger organisation can be a low risk way for an organisation to start. That team can try it out and see what works. The rest of the organisation can start with TeamWeave later, with assistance from the original team.
An exception is government organisations. We recommend the TeamWeave programs not be done by any part of a government organisation.
The TeamWeave Teal Program is for entire organisations only. The concepts covered can only be applied with full support and participation from the leadership of the organisation. It is not suitable to do this as a single team within an organisation that is not doing the TeamWeave programs or working toward Teal or another Next-Stage Model.
-
TeamWeave is perfectly suited to teams already working toward Teal or other Next-Stage models.
The learning programs help everyone in the team to build the relevant skills and knowledge. Whether you have external coaching support, guidance from within your team, or both. The learning programs compliment this and will accelerate and enhance the outcomes.
If you do not have external support, TeamWeave Coaching could provide you with valuable perspective, again potentially accelerating and improving the outcomes. It could be a little bit of coaching or a lot, whatever best serves your team.

Tension and conflict exist in any team. A feature of Next-Stage Organisations is that they seek to understand and resolve those tensions. They seek to create an environment where it is safe for people to speak openly about them and have a process to resolve them as beat they can.
When done effectively this builds trust, connection and team cohesion, as well as keeps these tensions at a manageable level.
Such tensions will arise when applying TeamWeave learnings. The programs give basic tools and skills to work through these, and our coaching can also provide some assistance. However, resolving deeper tensions and conflict will require more support than what we offer.
This doesn’t necessarily mean that TeamWeave isn’t suited to your team. But it may require specialist conflict resolution support, and the process of applying the learnings may take longer. Professional conflict resolution support is available Our Consultants and Trainers Directory.
-
We want our programs to be available for as many people as possible. However being mostly online, participation requires a moderate level of literacy and computer skills, and computer access.
If this is a barrier for some people in your team, we encourage you to find ways to bridge this gap. Here are some ideas:Coach people in how to register and use it;
Someone read aloud pertinent content from the training;
For those unable to access or use the training, have in person group discussions about it, what people are learning and how it could be applied.
We would love for you to email us if you have other ideas for how to support people with this, to make TeamWeave more accessible to more people.
Who is TeamWeave Not For?
TeamWeave practices are founded on transparency, open communication, shared decision-making, and a willingness to embrace vulnerability.
If the leadership of a team is unwilling or unable to embody and support these principles, the TeamWeave programs will not work and may lead to harm and distress within the organisation.
If there is significant opposition from staff members, efforts to impose these practices from a top-down approach would be counter to a Next-Stage Organisation approach, and could cause harm and distress.
Government organisations are incompatible with many of the TeamWeave concepts. Our Introduction program has been designed so that it can be taken on by individual teams within larger organisations. However at this stage we do not provide guidance and recommend our programs not be done by teams within Government organisations.
