While TeamWeave is new, our approach is grounded in real-world experience and proven methodologies.

Founder Stephen Cole applied these Next-Stage practices at his Australian firm, Integral Consulting Engineers, resulting in a thriving workplace culture, a co-created purpose and commercial success.

Globally recognised organisations that have successfully applied similar ways of working are Buurtzorg in the Netherlands, Morning Star in the U.S., and others featured in Frederic Laloux's Reinventing Organizations. You can explore more stories here, though the list is far from exhaustive.

The 2024 Teal Landscape Report (Teal Team & Human First Works) reports on 229 Teal organisations for whom they could find reliable and complete information to report on, with the actual number of Teal Organisations likely to be much higher.

Meet the Team

Stephen Cole
Founder, Co-Host and Coach, TeamWeave

Stephen built his own successful Teal Organisation, Integral Consulting Engineers. Inspired by its impact, Stephen sought a way to support more organisations to do it. The result is the TeamWeave Community.

Stephen leads mens groups and has participated in mens work for 20 years. He actively nurtures a deep connection with and reverence for nature, and loves to explore how humans are evolving and how that enables us to meet the pressing challenges facing humanity and the earth.

Janine Beck
Co-host and Coach, TeamWeave

Janine has 25 years’ experience as a consultant, working with a diverse range of organisations in systems and technology development, knowledge management and training. She was an early participant in the Teal Organizations community in Europe.

Janine has also guided hundreds of individuals through transformational inner work. She is passionate about creating environments that foster authentic connection and help organisations evolve toward more conscious and collaborative ways of working.
