The programs include key concepts, prompting enquiries and surveys, group video calls and interactive discussion with fellow participants.
This creates a dynamic and fertile learning environment and connections among participants.
An in person learning and development event is intended for late 2025. Details to be confirmed.
Coaching
Coaching to help your team apply concepts from the Learning Programs to your workplace.
Tailored to suit your needs and budget.
Working via video calls, we assess where you are at with the concepts and any potential constraints, and provide guidance on how you can apply them.
We work with a Leadership group from your team, and the whole team, or just you on your own if you are starting out.
Additional Support
Additional support that is provided with all of our learning programs:
Buddy Groups (2-3 people) and Success Groups (8-10 people) to connect with other participants and provide mutual support.
Resource Library for additional learning and guidance on applying the changes in your organisation.
Consultants and Trainers Directory for additional professional support if required.

TeamWeave Introduction Program - Features
Key Concepts for nurturing belonging and purpose in teams.
Weekly Support Calls for a check in, assistance with practical matters and to hear what others are doing.
Connect and Discuss forum where we engage with content, questions and polls that initiate conversation, connection and learning between participants. A place to ask questions and share successes and challenges.
Find people with similar interests and join a Buddy Group (2–4 members) or a Success Group (8-10 members) for ongoing connection and support.
Resource Library for further relevant information.
Consultants & Trainers Directory for additional support for specific needs if required.
Member Stories, a place for members to share stories of their successes and challenges overcome, with guidance on telling a good story.

TeamWeave Coaching
Successfully applying the concepts from our learning programs in your workplace requires guidance. This can come from individuals within your team with the necessary capabilities and availability, or it may come from outside the team. That is where TeamWeave Coaching comes in.
We offer guidance and support to help your team put the concepts into practice - while also strengthening the capacity of your team and its leaders to carry the process independently. External input can be valuable; however the transformation becomes sustainable and self-generating when your team can continue without us.
TeamWeave coaching is tailored to meet the unique needs, context and budget of each team. Email us to arrange a free Enquiry Call and explore how we could best support your team.
Here are a few examples of what that support might look like:
Fully Team-Led
We lead the process to apply the concepts in our workplace, with support from the broader learning community.
We use the TeamWeave learning programs, do our own research, and draw on and build our existing capabilities.
We can access support through questions in the TeamWeave learning platform, join support calls, and connect with Buddies and Success Groups.
We may already have support from another coach or consultant outside of TeamWeave.
We can request TeamWeave coaching later if we need it.
Team-Led, with Moderate Coaching
We lead the process to apply the concepts in our workplace, with guidance and input from a TeamWeave coach.
We have some capabilities to apply the concepts. But need some professional input to help us build confidence, stay focused, and navigate challenges.
We use the learning programs and community support — including asking questions, attending support calls, and connecting with Buddies and Success Groups.
We expect to have 4 - 6 coaching sessions, for 1.5 hours each, approximately one per month.
Intensive Coaching
We require coaching over a sustained period. For example once per fortnight initially, then once per month for 6 months or more.
Possible reasons for having intensive coaching could be:
Want to accelerate the transformation in the team.
Better able to manage the tensions that arise.
There are already significant tensions / conflict in the organisation that will need to be worked through.
The team has a some complexity that needs to be worked though.
