Learning Program: Leaders

  • For formal leaders, and anyone playing a leadership role in applying the TeamWeave concepts.

  • We have a separate Leaders Learning Program because:

    • leaders often face a big learning curve when applying the concepts.

    • The capacity to which the leaders embrace and embody the changes has a big impact on how effective the overall impact is on the team.

Recommended duration: Whenever your team is registered in one of our other programs.

  • Foundations Learning Program - For teams to learn and apply broader Next-Stage concepts. Recommended minimum 1 year.

  • Teal Learning Program - For teams committed to being a ‘Teal Organisation’, and fully applying the Next-Stage concepts. Recommended minimum 1 year.

  • Coaches Learning Program - for current or aspiring coaches to support Next-Stage Organisations.

Our Learning Programs include a detailed survey and ongoing measurement relating to the TeamWeave concepts.

Everyone in the team completes the survey, providing insight into where your team is at and how it evolves through your engagement with the programs.

How the Learning Programs Work

Check-in Learning Program (Most Teams Start Here)

Check-ins are an essential part of a Next-Stage Organisation. They are also the simplest way to start working with the TeamWeave Concepts. This is why we have designed the Check-in Learning Program to be the starting point for working with us.

Teams already proficient at check-ins can skip the Check-in Program, and start with the Foundations program.

Included in the program is:

  • Check-in guide:

    • The elements required for a check-in

    • Making allowance for your team’s unique situation and culture

    • an introduction to other TeamWeave concepts that are necessary to hold a good check-in, including spaceholding, openness, safety and trust.

  • Weekly Support Calls which have a check-in so you can experience one them in action, and questions and answers.

  • Connect and Discuss

  • Introductions and Stories

Foundations, Teal and Leaders Learning Programs

The Foundations, Teal and Leaders Learning programs contain the items available in all the learning programs, as well as the following:

  • Commentary of the Key Concepts associated with Next-Stage Organisations.

  • Buddy Groups (2-3 people) and Success Groups (8-10 people) to connect with other participants and provide mutual support.

TeamWeave’s Learning programs create a dynamic, cost-effective learning environment where much of the value comes from engaging with other participants. Often as much as, or more than, from the content itself.

We know it can be hard for the whole team to make time for training. That’s why the programs are designed to be practical and flexible. Just 30 minutes a week on a computer or phone, followed by applying the learnings with colleagues, can lead to meaningful shifts in how your team works together.

Because so much learning happens through peer interaction we are able to keep costs low, making it affordable for teams to stay engaged over time. It is more effective to learn and apply new practices gradually as you go, as making changes quickly can cause avoidable difficulties.

The Programs are available via monthly or annual subscription. Recommended durations are shown in the table above, but your team may need more or less time depending on what’s required to integrate the learnings.

Connect and Discuss forum where we engage with content, questions and polls that initiate conversation, connection and learning between participants. A place to ask questions, reply to people’s questions, and share successes and challenges.

Introductions and Stories is where participants can introduce themselves and share stories about what they are doing or things that have worked in the past.

An in person learning and development event is planned for late 2025.

TeamWeave Coaching

Successfully applying the concepts from our learning programs in your workplace requires guidance. This can come from individuals within your team with the necessary capabilities and availability, or it may come from outside the team. That is where TeamWeave Coaching comes in.

We offer guidance and support to help your team put the concepts into practice - while also strengthening the capacity of your team and its leaders to carry the process independently. External input can be valuable; however the transformation becomes sustainable and self-generating when your team can continue without us.
